By creating an account or using SkyX Study ("we", "us", "the Service"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

2. What the Service is

SkyX Study is a self-study flashcard and quiz tool covering PPL (Private Pilot's Licence) ground school subjects such as air law, meteorology, navigation, and human performance.

3. Not official aviation material

SkyX Study is an independent study aid and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a substitute for official material from any aviation regulator, examining authority, or flight training organisation. Content is provided for revision purposes only. Regulations, procedures, and airspace rules change - always verify anything safety-critical against current official publications (such as your national Aeronautical Information Publication or your training organisation's materials) before relying on it, and especially before any flight or examination. We do not guarantee that using this Service will result in passing any exam.

4. Your account

• You must provide accurate information when registering.
• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
• You must be old enough, under the laws that apply to you, to agree to these terms on your own behalf.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to bypass, disable, or circumvent any security or rate-limiting feature of the Service.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to create accounts or access the Service, other than normal browser use.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
